By initiating a transaction for, or otherwise utilizing, any goods or services herein offered, you explicitly and voluntarily assume full legal, medical, and personal responsibility for such use. G.O.A.T.ed Labs, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, licensors, or any party acting on its behalf shall not bear liability—whether in contract, tort, equity, or otherwise—for any harm, damage, injury, or other adverse occurrence resulting from direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential engagement with any product or content associated herewith.

You acknowledge your full comprehension of the potential implications—medically, legally, and otherwise—of utilizing substances derived from industrial hemp, including but not limited to: cannabidiol (CBD), delta variants, pre-rolls, edibles, or botanically adjacent formulations. You further agree that variances in subjective biological response are inevitable and that such outcomes shall not confer liability upon G.O.A.T.ed Labs or its representatives.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, G.O.A.T.ed Labs and its associated parties shall not be held accountable for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary losses including, without limitation, economic losses, reputational harm, data corruption, intangible impairment, or any damages not reasonably foreseeable at the time of entering into these Terms.

This waiver of liability encompasses, but is not limited to, losses stemming from:

• Platform unavailability or technical failure
• Third-party misconduct or misrepresentations
• Deficiencies in product labeling or third-party references
• Unintended legal ramifications due to local jurisdictional constraints

You further agree that any claim, if adjudicated, shall be strictly limited to the aggregate monetary value paid to G.O.A.T.ed Labs within a six-month retrospective window from the date of claim initiation.

All information, goods, and services provided herein are extended “as-is,” “as-available,” and “with all faults.”G.O.A.T.ed Labs disclaims, to the fullest extent allowable by law, any and all express or implied warranties, guarantees, or conditions, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for any particular or disclosed purpose
• Freedom from third-party infringement
• Accuracy, currency, or reliability of information
• Immunity from malicious code or digital contaminants

No oral or written information or communication shall create any binding warranty not expressly set forth herein.

You affirm that any product procured from this site shall be used solely for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You further warrant that it is your sole duty to verify the legal status of any product prior to acquisition or usage.

All disputes, controversies, claims, or interpretive disagreements arising out of or in relation to these Terms—including but not limited to those involving alleged violations of statutory provisions or tort-based claims—shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or its functional equivalent. Arbitration shall occur in Florida, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive all rights to class actions and jury trials. All proceedings shall occur on an individual basis.

This site and its offerings are strictly intended for individuals who have reached the age of majority in their governing jurisdiction. Any interaction with this site by individuals below said threshold is strictly prohibited and shall be promptly remediated upon detection.

All G.O.A.T.ed Labs products are sourced from hemp compliant with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, and contain <0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Notwithstanding, state-level prohibitions and regulatory nuances may result in partial or total product illegality in certain jurisdictions.

It remains the customer’s responsibility to ascertain compliance within their locale. G.O.A.T.ed Labs assumes no liability for inadvertent violations or enforcement actions.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products referenced or sold herein are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Shipments are constrained to regions within the United States. Due to inconsistent regulatory frameworks, we reserve the right to reject, refund, or revise any order on the basis of destination constraints or evolving legislative conditions.

Any resulting enforcement actions, seizures, penalties, or delivery failures shall be considered at the customer’s risk.

All G.O.A.T.ed Labs products are subject to batch-specific third-party laboratory testing. Test results may be retrieved via product QR code or by written request.

All website content—including visual identity, slogans, textual elements, packaging, digital assets, and any related media—constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of G.O.A.T.ed Labs and/or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, derivative use, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We reserve the unilateral right to revise these Terms at any moment, for any reason, with or without explicit notification. Continued interaction with the platform constitutes binding acceptance of all updates, retroactive or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G.O.A.T.ed Labs and its affiliates from any and all claims, obligations, costs, damages, or liabilities (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the site or products
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights
• Any allegation that your actions harmed another party

In the event any provision herein is deemed unenforceable, that clause shall be excised or modified, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All legal proceedings shall be attended in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Florida.
